It’s simple! Click the link below to create an account. Choose which property you’re interested in applying to, and fill out your application. Once you submit your application and pay the appropriate fee, our leasing agents will submit your application for a credit and background check. Please note that there is a non-refundable fee of $16.15 (our Tonawanda properties and Grecian Gardens fee is $17.15). *Please see North Carolina properties for applicable application fee*. This fee allows Glendale Communities to run background and credit checks on all applicants.
