Paying Rent Online and Contacting Your Property Manager or Maintenance
Through our new Tenant Web Access Portal you can now:
- Pay Your Rent Online
- Email Your Property Manager
- Log & Review Maintenance Requests
- View and Sign Lease Agreements and Renewals
To access your account, click on the link below to be directed to the log-in screen.
If this is your first time logging in, you’ll need your Account # and the Email Address associated with your account to Sign Up.
If you’re unsure of your account number, or need to update your email address, please contact your Property Manager for assistance.
How to Pay Rent through Tenant Web Access Portal: Once logged in, you will see “Make a Payment” on the top bar Navigation Menu. Click this and fill out your information to complete your payment. Please note that payments made by Check (ACH) are free!
Paying Your Rent Online Through Paylease
Tenants can also pay rent through Paylease. Please note that Glendale Communities is switching over from Paylease to exclusive payments through the Tenant Web Access Portal (method above). If you need help switching over to the Tenant Web Access Portal, please contact your property manager for assistance.
Renter’s Insurance Policy
Welcome to Glendale Communities! As a condition of your lease, our community requires all residents to maintain an active Renter’s Insurance policy. Before moving in you will need to provide proof of insurance. You can easily accomplish this by either enrolling with ePremium, Glendale’s preferred Renter’s Insurance provider, or simply uploading your own third-party policy with the links below.
