Renter’s Insurance Policy
Welcome to Glendale Communities! As a condition of your lease, our community requires all residents to maintain an active Renter’s Insurance policy. Before moving in you will need to provide proof of insurance. You can easily accomplish this by either enrolling with ePremium, Glendale’s preferred Renter’s Insurance provider, or simply uploading your own third-party policy with the links below. Click here to see our full Renter’s Insurance Policy and instructions.
